Problem

With book bans on the rise, Unite Against Book Bans is a national campaign driven by the American Library Association to protect the rights of readers against book bans and censorship.

Solution

I was responsible for creating an animated video to raise awareness of book bans. The process began with edits to the layout and a copy of the video through storyboarding before finally animating in Aftereffects. Initially, it was sized for 1920x1080; later, the video was resized for various social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, and Instagram Stories to be shared with supporters and stakeholders.
